Kodak is an unincorporated area in Sevier County, Tennessee. It is situated on TN 66 (Winfield Dunn Parkway), just south of Interstate 40 and about 10 minutes east of Knoxville and borders Sevierville. The village of Kodak was named for the Kodak camera by permission of George Eastman. The postmaster thought the name easy to remember and decided to name his village after it. Much of Kodak along TN 66 has been annexed by Sevierville.
Kodak is has a lot of excellent amenities on its own. Many homes in Kodak have great country, mountain, or lake views, and most of the area is surrounded by beautiful natural features.
Schools are convenient, just a few minutes drive to either Seymour or Sevierville schools.
