Retirement should be fun and easy!
And so should your search for that perfect home or property, but in fact we will have to work very hard to make it so! Selecting your retirement home is a very important process and you can never begin too early!
You have many choices: A condo in Pigeon Forge on the Golf Course close to restaurants and entertainment, a cozy A-frame in Gatlinburg, a quiet cabin in Wears Valley, a rustic mountain home in Sky Harbor, a breath-taking views of the mountains from a custom home in a wonderful subdivision or a rushing mountain stream - it's all yours for the asking ... or actually more for the searching and finding ....
Due to the great variety of properties in our area on one hand, and the constantly changing market on the other we have a situation where we see awesome properties at great prices every day, but they usually do not last very long - the reward of ownership is usually to the swift and decisive!
On the other hand, you may have to wait a few months before the perfect property for you comes up - say a cabin in the mountains that also has ample RV parking and a low price.
These two factors add up to one thing - it's very difficult to find that perfect property from a distance and it is unlikely that you will find it yourself during a brief visit! Your chances of success will vastly improve if you put one of our experienced Realtors to work for you here on site!
Tell us what you are looking for and we will go to work for you!
